Wayra was off on one of his random adventures from Redwall, he traveled up a seemingly desolate path in the middle of the pines when he heard a distant sound. He picked up his speed slightly and cautiously moved up the path. When he saw the two creatues in the distance he thought They don't look that aggresive..or at least they aren't fighting each other... When he got to them he nonchalantly said "Hello, How are you too this evening?"

OOC: Wayra, it's like, nighttime, or evening...
The wolf's ears were erect as a slight breeze ruffled his fur, cooling the already chilly atmosphere. Grimly, he tried to assure the squirrel, speaking in a low voice.
"Had they wanted her dead, they would've killed her then and there. She is alive, and we will find her," he said, looking past Silas at what was not there. "But you must rest. You will get nowhere as you are now." Xylon's eyes hardened, and narrowed into slits.
One more target.

Silas nodded in silent agreement, clenching his paw around the amulet he held. A voice then alerted him to another beast's presence. He turned to look at Wayra in the gloom, and saw the other squirrel. Instead of responding, though, he sat down next to a tree and shook his head.

OCC: okay, sorry..
IC: By this time he noticed that something was probably wrong. "Did i interupt?" he asked, looking from the squirrel to the wolf. At this point he took out a scone and put it out in a offering gesuture to the two beasts.

Staring at the squirrel, Xylon wondered if he was a child or just incredibly stupid. Walking right up to a wolf in unknown territory and saying hi?
Turning and pulling out a kunai, the wolf ignored the scone and spoke harshly. "Back off or I will kill you."

"Relax, Xylon. If he means no trouble then he will get none in return." Silas said from his seat, gazing off in his faraway look again, sitting cross-legged with his head being supported by an arm.

Wayra put away the scone and backed away a little his paw on his staff. "Figures, i come offering help and you pull a knife and threaten to kill me..thanks.." He said, in a slightly worse tone then when he was offering help.

Growling, Xylon stepped toward Wayra. "Give thanks, squirrel, that you still have your life despite your foolishness." He then stepped past Wayra and stood to the side of him, the kunai still clutched in his paw. It didn't take much to offer help, but this squirrel would be a hinderance.

Wayra growled and manged to bite back the remark he was about to make. "In my opinion offering help is not foolish.." He said turning to face the wolf. "But if you don't want it then i'll leave." he jumped into the trees and disapered.
OOC: okay guys gotta go for a bit my aunt's here

Silas sighed again as he watched Wayra leave. He tried to make light of the whole situation he was in, but his efforts were in vain. Why would they take Keia? Why would they leave a scrap of parchment? and who were they, anyway?
The squirrel reflected that he wasn't getting any closer to the answers by worrying himself to death over it, and tried to get some form of rest.

Kerkis Meandra was in the shadows, taking in all but letting loose none, watching the tired squirrel, the protective wolf, and the curious squirrel at the same time. Being a squirrel himself, with fur the color of bark, and no white underbelly, coupled with his dark clothes, he was nigh invisible in the shadows. Hopping down, and landing silently, he greeted the wolf and squirrel, taking what chances he had with the wolf, "If you're low on provisions, there's a creek over there to the east, and there are plenty of fish in the stream. I'm kind of 'missing' company, but," he glanced at Xylon, still holding a Kunai, "If my company is unwanted, I will leave."

OOC: Why are you using a new char, you create a new black squirrel for like every thread.
Leaning against the tree with his arms crossed, Xylon glared at Kerkis. "I already knew that, squirrel, and yes, it is unwanted."

OOC: Black? 'Create'?
BIC: "You should help Sethar out then, Wolf," Kerk stood his ground leaning against a tree. This wolf could be dangerous, or could just be aggresive and weak. The first seemed more likely, judging by the scar running along the wolf's body, almost all faint snatches of the past. He noticed that the wolf clutched Kunai, which weren't too unlike his own.

OOC:i have obeyed the mighty news fader
IC: Wayra flew throught the trees indignently. Huh, Fool, he says, stupid he says... He continued throught the trees untill he came upon the stream that, uknowingly, was probably being talked about at that moment. He drank from the cool waters and laid his foot paws and tail in the stream. He dozed off due to the rymthic sound of the water.

Seth only flicked an ear in the direction of the new arrival, to tired to respond. His eyelids now fell closed, and the warrior was on his back, falling into a state of half-sleep.
