raku lightly stepped on small sharp rocks he hid behind every small hill and tree he sawhe darted behind a hill and peered round the side, according to the smell (fish guts; rotten cheese; rotten eggs) he was definaetly being followed. there were about 15 rats, one extremeily large tat at the front, with a long rusty spear in his right paw. the bloodstains ontop were still clearly visible, is his left paw he had a whip with a large metal ball ontop, he wore a black vest with small holes. one of the clumsy rats in the last row, (there were three rows in all) tripped and made the second and first rows stumble about, the leader turned around, and shouted something that Raku could not hear. the leader lashed his whip around madly. Raku could not help chuckling quietly at the mad vermin bouncing around. While they were distracted he ran to the next hill and crouched down behind it.He checked again, they were back to marching. But there were only 14 now... Raku thought about wizardry to distract the hoard, so he could make a dash for the blue mountains. to meet a mysterious creature, who had told him to meet him there. he looked at the hill closest to the rats, and looked at two boulders perched on top, rayli con rata tioa! the bolders came tumbling down onto the hoard, they all ran and shouted crazily, while sneering slyly, he made a dash for the blue, mountains.

((we planned it ahead of time)) deren was waiting impatiently in the mountains, he pulled a travling cloak about him, and warmed his paws over the fire, the snow was pelting him hard.

Next To Deren sat a young badger, in his paws he held a staff with a brown crystal laid into it, this badgers name was Brius. "when will this Raku creature get here,Deren? the snow's picking up, and our fire won't last much longer if it keeps up"

Snow blowwing in his face, young raku felt for another crack in the rocks slowly making his way up. His feet dangled freely as his hands did all the work. His eyes were squinted and his weapons wieghed him down. He found a ledge and put his hand up on it. A furry paw lifted him up.

'Hessper, I'm not a Rose-level wizard, far from it. i'm only a brown-level, that means I'm average. So there's only so much I can teach him, because my knowledge is finite" Brius said

'well, alright, Deren I'll teach you what I can... but there are more powerful wizards who would be far more qualified.. Raku have you heard of a wizard named Lord Stripetail?"
