They all shook their heads. "Nay, I haven't ever heard of that area." the Chief replied, "Of course, we hardly ever travel and have few visitors, so we don't know much about the surrounding islands, much less far away lands."

Chief suddenly cleared his throat. "I think we should introduce everyone." he said loudly, "There seems to be some slight confusion over our visitor's name. This morning I heard some young ones saying that he was Sir Mushtail. He is actually Lord Stripetail." At this, one of the elders a few seats down from the guest gasped. "Do you know of him?" the Chief asked.
The elder nodded. "Once or twice I h-heard his name, but-" he turned to Stripetail "I t-thought you were just a legend, sire."

The elder nodded, and as the Cheif sent him a glance, he stood up and said "I'm Elder Quenpaw, and this is my younger brother Elder Bunnhas"- he gestured to a mouse sitting beside him- "and this is my even younger sibling Elderess Vennafurr." He gestured to a pretty young mouse sitting farther to his left. The introductions continued around the table, with the occasional pair or trio of siblings being introduced by the eldest. After twenty-one creatures were named, the cheif stood up again. "Would you like an escort to keep you company today?" he asked. OOC: Did u get the joke? Vennafurr, Jennifer? Ha ha ha...  CP |
