Mokkan looked around and decided to retreat. In an undignified scramble he and his remaining vermin ran back into the woods ready to reform

Then chilling whoops and yells astounded the freinds. It was Mokkan with over 5 score vermin! "Now you have no hope!" cried the gloating fox!

"Aw come on. I've taken on hairballs bigger than you." At that 50 Salamandstron fighting hares all armed to the teeth were behind Redstripe and company.

At that 60 more vermin jumped the surprised hares. "Well doncha know we're hares not blinkin rabbits, wot!" and the hares fought viscously, but surprisingly the vermin fought just as well as the hares

As the battle raged on Stripetail walked smack into the middle of it "By the Wizzin he exclaimed as two brawling creatures wrestled nearby. "What I have I walked into?'

'You have walked into a battle" snarled Mokkan, "And I love to kill. Its good practice!" With that he rushed Stripetail as if he thought it would be easy
