Kilaya snorted at Xylon's comment. Fangs and claws against a bunch of armored, sword wielding hares. Big deal.
He watched with some amazement as the fisher made short work of the door, then followed the rest out. He gladly accepted the dagger Xylon handed him. He Kilaya wasn't an experienced fighter, but the dagger was way better than his fangs and claws alone.
"Alright." He whispered towards the rest. "Which way do we go?"

Gyrkin held the hammer in his paw for a moment, feeling its weight. "This way," he said, sniffing the stagnent air. It smelled to wet stone, urine and mouldy straw, but somewhere, in this direction, he could smell fresh air. For the first time in five months.. He started walking, keeping close to the wall and letting his thick, wiry fur bush the dusted wall.

Rotan held his paw up. "We don't only need to escape. We need food and water, out there it's just a beach, only a few mussels and prawns that we can eat. Also, how are we gonna survive with only a dagger between us?"

"Maybe we're lucky and stumble across an armory or something like that. We could fetch a few bows and arrows there to hunt." Kilaya replied. "As for the rest, I think we would be best off sticking to the coast for a while. We could make ourselves a fishing pole or something like that to fish." He continued, looking around suspicously. "I share your views on things," he finally said to Rotan. "But we can only take whatever we come across on our way out. The longer we stick around the fortress, the more likely our chance of being caugh or getting killed is. So exploring the fortress for supplies is out of the option."

"Alright, we are out. Does anyone know how we came in, could you remember some landmarks?" Alfonso asked.

Hearing this last remark Nomokis said "I was to busy arguing with the gaurds..." Looking around, he noticed it was quite damp. "Wonder why it's so wet?" He asked the strange assortment. Then he thought about something he noticed it was dripping also. Sticking his tounge out he tried to catch it. "Not the cleanest but it's good enough." He continued to catch them with his tounge.

Gyrkin watched Nokomis for a moment, a look of complete bafflment in the fisher's face. "Uh, you need some fresh air mate..." the fisher took him by the shoulders and started walking toward the dryer, brighter end of the hall. "I don't hear the guards down here at the mo," he said to teh others, "we may want to scamper a little faster now..."

Xylon nodded, facing the way ahead of them. "Alright, let's go!" And please, nobeast trip, he thought.

Alfonso slunk along the wall, his nose almost touching the floor, following a hare's scent, he hoped the others were still following him. He could feel a slight breeze on his face, he was coming closer to a bend in the hallway.

Xylon looked backwards at the other prisoners, shrugged, and then silently followed Alfonso, claws ready. He whispered along the passageway, "If we run into anyone, I hope it's only hares. We won't stand up against a badger, armed or not." He added, mumbling, "I'd like to keep my alliances. I don't even know why I'm in here. Maybe the Long Patrol is completely bigoted nowadays..."

"I'd have to agree with ye, wolf. I used to have a good aquantiance with this place a while back, must be the change in Badger Lords recently." Alfonso snorted.

Keeping his eyes ahead, the wolf answered. "Yes, I don't understand it. I've known this place since Sunflash the Mace was here."
OOC: Sorry if I don't post for a while, I've just been informed (literally) that my grandma has died in her sleep.
