Lehnrak grabbed his spear and turned aroun only to find it was a shrew. "You shouldn't sneak up on a beast like that. What do you want?" The shrew was wearing a bright, multi-coloerd headband, and had a small rapier. "This is our territory, and you best leave. Now." Lehnrak sighed, sat back down, and said "Look. I don't want any trouble, as I just got back to health from one of my....exploits. So do me a favor. Leave me here for the night and don't bother me, and I'll be long gone by morning." The shrew upon hearing this, started laughing. "HAHAHAHAHAHOHOHOHEHEHE!!!!!!!!! The word of a vermin!? That's something all too familiar. Put trust in it, and you wake up hurt, robbed, or dead. I don't think you understand the situation. Either you leave, or you become a captive." Lehnrak looked over non-chalantly at the shrew, saying "Actually, I think it is you who doesn't understand the situation. I'm not just some dumb brute like you think of all "vermin" as you put it. I'm probably smarter than you or anybeast in you're whole union. Either you leave now and don't come back, or you don't leave at all."

Lehrak looked down at Fargo and hissed "Be quiet, you stupid fool. If you alert them of our presence, you'll wish you'd never been born." To show that he meant it, Lehrak pointed his unsheathed spear tip at Fargo.

"What the heck is your problem?" Looking over to the shrew, Lehnrak sighed. "Have you seen this beast before?" The shrew, after thinking for a monent, then replied. "No. I've never seen him before." Looking back to the ferret(?), Lehnrak was puzzled. "You're the first one I've seen who's just run off from joining a horde. What's the problem? Aren't you interested in gold, jewels, and gems?"

"Oh, great. You just HAD to panick, didn't ya? Don't just stand there. RUN!!!" Lehnrak took off into the fields, being followed by the shrew. "You better tell your union shrews in this area to gear up if they want to survive." Lehnrak looked to see if the ferret Fargo was following them.
(((I um, am goin ter post here, and i ain't fargo, the ole chum, but I kin elp the shrews. H'otters is good friends of shrews!))) Leatho leapt out of a nearby tree, swinging a sling. He whirled it around, loosing the stone at a nearby vermin shouting, "Death be on the breeze, ye ol' bags o' fleas!" As he reached the ground, he drew his sword, dodging a blow from a spear.
