Wayra swallowed his stale bite before replying. "I actually think otherwise, seer. If we're some what spread out in a wide circle, rather than close together in some sort of huddle, we would be able to watch eachother's backs, look for traps the others may not see. Other various things.." He took another nibble while waiting for a reply.

He peered over the embers of last night's fire at the cave enterance. He turned and glance down around the camp. fior a brief moment, Stripetail thought he saw a figure climbing up the face of the cliff. but he blinked and the creature, whatever it was , was no longer there. Stripetail sighed, perhaps his age was starting to catch up to him, if he was seeing things that weren't there..

Stripetail then turned away, and looked back at the enterance to the cave.. He got y\up and headed in. Thwe cave was cool, and air was misty , full of moisture and something welse..something intangible..

(well this is a rp. and it is a rping site. just look as the characters posters have created for roleplaying.. Its based on the Redwall series, but there has not been much discussion about the series in a long time)

Halfwit felt a gaze upon him as he scaled the cliff face, but there wasn`t anything he could do. He reached a lucky ledge, took out a brown canvas the color of the cliff and spread it over his body. He felt the creatures gaze leave him.He waited a minute until he was sure. He stowed the canvas and brought out a grapnel. He swung it upwards, it caught. Halfwit gave it a tug to secure it, and climbed to the top. Why did he do it in the first place? Ah, well. He spread the canvas over him and fell asleep.

OOC: Alright, so ignoring this dude's random complaints.. I've been gone for awhile, and so now I'm going to post again..
IC: Wayra stood, and slid his bow across his shoulder. He kicked dirt over where the campfire was before following Stripetail in. "Right then, spread out, watch for traps, like we agreed, yes?" He peered around in the darkness, waiting for his eyes to adjust to the fading light.

"We should've thought've that while we were outside next to the fire, don't you think?" Wayra did have the supplies for torches, everything but the essential element, fire. And since he was no magician, Wayra simply continued peering into the darkness. "Does anyone see anything?" The enterence was now just a spek of light. I don't want to come this far to die..

"Well aren't we just lucky to have a seer with us.." Wayra brought out a long, thick branch, and tied a oil-soaked rag about it's tip. He passed it over the magical fire, and it lit instantly. "Right, that's better.. ohh, watch out, that's a tripwire there..." He pointed to the floor infront of Stripe.
