"HAHA! Ello Capin! I'm sorry Guinn's aim ain nay good, she shoots like a blind otter...Er, no offence Dagrunt." "None be me take sir." Thor looked at the note on the arrow,"Haha! Thas funna, if ma race is far superior ta yours kitty." He folded the letter neatly and looked in the water,"Ah, tis tha old shark thas been follerin our ships. Remember Guinn! The one tha almost got ye! The one with the missin eye!" He yelled shaking the hulls of the three ships. He pulled the arrow out with ease and threw it in the water, the shark flew out of the water and snapped the arrow in half, both peices disappeared down his throat."Looks lik E members ya!" Thor laughed and looked at Captain Usarrian,"I'm trula sorry sir, t'won't appen again. If she aims nex time." Thor laughed and turned to his crew,"So, who's reada for their grub, extra's fer Dagrunt fer is greay steerin." The hares on the ship rejoiced, they knew Thor's ritual was to have him and the crew eat all the food on the ship and drink all the grog when they where near land and a village they could pillage.

Usarrian was unimpressed at the quarreling captains. "Both of you! Keep your attention on me if you would!" Guinn handed the bow to a nearby hare roughly, and shoed him off with it. The wildcat then resummed a formal stance, her paws flat at her thighs. The arctic hare spoke calmly now, though the small tear in his suit not fogotten. "Thor, Guinn, I will remind you of who gathered your sorry hides from all cornerns of the sea, gave you these fine crafts and filled them with willing seabeasts... I will remind you of who has lead you to riches and made all of our names feared across every contanent floating on this water." Usarrian ripped a button that had nbearly been severed, and dropped it with a plunk in the water between the crafts. He watched it swivel into teh waters depths and vanish. "I will now have my serving Captains fighting like children." The hare waved a paw at Guinn, then at Thor. "Captain O'Hara, retreive my botton..." Guinn's eyes went wide, but she said nothing, as Usarrian had already turned to Thor. "Captain Lightningstripe, weave me ten yards of thread, of this exact color..." the hare pinched his navy blue collar. The big hare turned to leave, remarking casually over his shoulder as he went. "Once you two have finished, you will board my ship and mend my suit together." His cabin door slammed, in pounctuation.
Guinn stood leaning on the side of the Cutter, white knuckling the rail as she stared into the depths. With the sun set, and the last light rapidly vanishing, she would have to sit all night and watch the very spot where the button sunk. Taking her eyes off of the deep blue water for a moment, Guinn locked eyes with the badger over the deck of the Broadwing . If looks could kill, she would have him flayed, impaled and stung up like a fish.

"Wow, wha a great speech, two problems, of the few crew ya gave me, about three are the riginal." Thor was talking to himself,"An I doon sew or knit, ifin e wans rags, I'll do et, but you!" An old grey squirrel jumped to attention,"Yes sire!" "Can ye sew?" "I' ca try." "Fine, ya saw Capin Usarrian's coat riy?" "Yea." "Make it that color. Knit the string out an I'll try ta make his frilly coat purtty again." He could really care less about Captain Usarrian's order to fix the coat, but keep you superior happy and you can stay out of the sea. Even if all the beasts on this ship, cept for them three hares, would each die for Thor he would still be hunted down to the ends of the Earth. Thor would have taken the ship and left under Odin's gaze long ago, but he respected Captain Usarrian enough not to."I'll save you the most vitlles got it?" "YES sire!" The old squirrel's voice boomed with pride at reaceiving such a task and the reward afterwards.

Guinn stood with her arms cross and resting on th side of the ship. She was ready for a long night, her eyes already tired of staring at the lapping water. She glanced up briefly to stare daggers at Thor. "Cheater.. " she spat.

Thor sat infront of the wall in his cabin, on the wall written in his own blood was a Norse symbol of the all seeing Eye."Odin the all seeing, Father of Thor. Father of Loki who in turn was father of the world serpent, Hel the goddes of the dead realm, and Fenrir the giant wolf. Here my call, give me your sign." At that moment a spear crashed through the window, Thor did not flinch or look up, but a black feather, that of a raven appeared out of the ceiling and fell to the ground in front of him. The spear and the raven are symbols of Odin, Thor knew instantly that Odin had showed his sign."Odin god of battle and wisdom, what is it that I should do?" The blood swirled on the wall turning into almost a mirror shaped like an eye."The eye of Odin..." Thor looked at the scene as a miracle, in it visions of Cantergrove, visions of Thor destroying the gate with his hammer, of the crews of the three ships racing into the village, a hellish battle...But that was all there was. Thor future was decided up until the point were it would be his decision, not the gods. Thor stood up and nodded. With a wet rag he wiped the blood, that was now back in its original state, off the wall. He turned to the door and stepped outside. He looked at the treeline,"Well, at leas there t'will be a fight." He walked below deck to the messhall where the entire crew was waiting until he had his share,"Sorry it took so long mates." He grabbed triple what he would grab during this post battle ritual,"Somes fer a friend, e as ta knit fer our beloved Capin Usarrian." He laughed and walked up on deck, he turned and looked at the old grey squirrel who was already knitting away."Here mate." He slid him all the food, for some reason Thor wasn't hungrey.

The moon rose and drifted across the sky, the constalations caught it it's wake. As dawn approached, the clear, fullmoon dragged all the stars below the horizon and the sun spilled out over the distant sea. As the sky began to glow in teh east, Guinn could be seen standing n the starbard side of The Cutter. It was too dark to see anything but her form as she slipped of her jerkin. It fell to teh deck with a soft thud, and she stood fo a moment, naked on the edge, her arms folded over her chest; her tail swishing. "here i come ye damn shark..." She entered the water with a small splash that echoed out over the predawn silence.

"That damn fool, she'll git er self killed." Thor actually sounded concered. He looked down in time to see the form of the shark race off towards the Cutter."Damn." He waited a few moments, making sure no one was around and took off his heavy plate armor, leaving the bottom half of his tunic on."I doon need my crew thinkin I groon soft on the cat." He made one last look, the gray squirrel was fast asleep on his empty plates, and the crew was down below, sleeping Thor hoped. He looked at the water and praised Odin he knew how to swim. He remember an old skinning knife used for skinning fish, it would be sharp enough to peirce through the shark. He grabbed the knife and leaped in the water, following the shark. The salthingyer didn't burn his eyes, as his eyes were of a weird type, they never hurt and never stung and his vision was perfect day or night. He saw the shark perfectly as it swum faster then he towards Guinn.

Guinn clung to the rocks, searching the crags and waving seaweed with her free paw. A stream of silver bubbles leaked from the corner of her mouth as she grimaced, looking faster and fast. It was right here. She thought angrilly. It was right here... The cat looked up, and saw the shark's wide nose coming at her like a battering ram. Gritting her teeth against the cold water, the strained air in her lungs and facing her own fear of the shark, she took up a nearby rock at swung at the sharks head. Her blow left a cloud of glittering bubbles, and she was blinded for the second it took them to clear.

Thor stopped momentarily as the shark thrashed about a bit and swerved to the side. In the bubbles he saw the form of Guinn, he could just see that she was a dark shape in the water. But from what he saw she was unharmed.Good, I doon wan her ta git hurt. The lass is still young. He called everyone to young to die for the sole reason, he believed that Odin would deliver a message to those about to die. He was pretty sure she didn't get any message from Odin, so for the moment she was too young to die.

In teh commotion, Guinn opened her eyes, then suddenly seaced her flinching. Before her, dancing in the wake of the shark's tale, was Usarrian's button. It swirled in with all the silver bubbles, and slowly began sinking again. She moved after it swiftly, but it was had to grasp. desperation lending her speed, she snatched at it again and again but it evaided her everytime. Finally grasping it, she held it inches from her nose, then glanced over her shoulder at the huge fish. Fearing she would drop it upon the shark's next assault, she opened her mouth and shoved it in. The wildcat threw her rock at teh oncoming shark, but it fell away harmlessly, and for a moment, Guinn was looking death in the, cold, black eyes.

Artimis opened his left eye. He heard a distant splash, but didn't think anything of it. He exhaled through his nose and pushed on the floor contentedly with his footpaw, the hamock rocking slightly. He shut his eye again. It had gotton eerily quiet. "You...you know whats goin' on out there, mate?" he asked Pitach. ~~~ Thomas had watched the scene before him with a silent mind. It was clear what just happened. The splash behind him, he knew, was the wildcat. Artimis can't be on this ship. He thought. It wouldn't make sense. This hare capitan clearly would spare a prisoner, wouldn't waste his time on a squirrel. The badger or the wildcat. He slinked over the edge of the ship and fell into the water, staying under as not to be seen by guards who may be curious about the noise. He reached the anchor and swam up until his breath broke the surface, then started to climb up the anchor rope. I'm coming, Artimis. ~~~ Kayla spotted Thomas climbing up the anchor rope. "Thomas?!" she exclaimed quietly. She grinned and ran toward the ship.

Thor had sprung into action swimming past Guinn at the shark, knife in hand. He held it in his hand extened infront of him, the tip was faced away from him as he swam by the shark, the blade entered its skull and slid with Thor as he swam. The blade stopped right in the center of the shark, he looked at the hilt, since the blade was sunk in the flesh of the shark.Well thats one knife that's going ta the fishes. He would have laughed but he proably would have drowned. He looked as the shark gave a final death twitch before starting to float to the top. He let go of the knife and turned to face Guinn, it was now that he could see her clearly in the water, naked.Wha?!?! He stared a little dumbfounded, not knowing wheter or not it was a trick of the water, or if he lost it. But she was naked, he came to the conclusion that no, he was not crazy she was naked.

Guinn glanced at the badger briefly, before pushing off the rocks and shooting skyward. Her fur was waitless around her, and her tail was drifting slightly with the current. Above them, the surface glittered, the sun had obviously come out in the few minutes they'd been submerged. Guinn exploded through th surface, breathed hard through her nose, she spit a mouthful of salthingyer and teh button, into her open paws. Tredding water with one arm, she gasped and dripped, looking around to see that no beast had seen her. other then the badger.

Thor surfaced a few feet from her,"YOUR NAKED?" He said it lound enough for her to hear, but quiet enough because he figured she didn't want anyone to know, thats why she did it in the dark."Tha was stupid, jumpin in the water like tha, you know that shark was waitin fer ya! An not even a decent dagger?" He looked at her, he smiled and laughed inside because she was soked, but he felt bad because she had almost been killed. He would have missed her, he enjoyed having these little quarrels with her and he knew if she died, he proably would have left the fleet. Taking the Primary if he left. He had to admit, it was the reason that on the open seas you meet exotic females was one of the only reason's he joined. Not only was she exotic, to him anyway not many wildcats where he came from, but she was feirce too and he admired that. She and Captain Usarrian were proably the only two mortal beasts he admired, he didn't admire his father in any way.

Guinn slashed the water with her claws, but the action was unintimidating, as it only emitted a feeble splash, and the water jumped up into her face. "Don't look at me you wretched badger!" She nodded at The Cutter, eyeing the rope ladder she had dropped before diving. She had her chest covered with on arm, and a peeved look oin her eye. "Get up there and close your eyes! I'll thank you properly once I'm dressed.." The shark's body surfaced nearby, the blood darkening the water around the small vessel's hull.
