Haydn took the last key with a perfunctory nod and a quick smile. He was tired.. "Good night then," he said, stifling a yawn. The wolf's eyes were dry and bleary, causing him to miss the doorknob when he reached for it. Heather stood behind him, crossing her arms as the wolf reached again for the handle. "You didn't even drink Haydn.. " She shouldered past him, took the key and wrenched the door open. The fisher spoke over her shoulder as she walked out into the hallway, "If we're sharing a room, I trust you'll be a gentlemen and take the floor.." Before the wolf had a chance to comment, she was trotting down the hall to find the room. Shaking his head, Haydn asked hoarsely before stepping out the door. "Do you want to leave early tomorrow, Keel? .. or may we sleep in? .." he sounded hopeful.
(Sorry if I don't show up for a few days.. I have to make 500 cookies by Friday... I hate baking.)

(Um.. sorry for ay typos concerning the letter 'N'.. He he, I've got a key on the fritz.)
Haydn nodded ad followed Heather down the hall where she'd already settled into the room. ~~~ Heather blew out the cadle and leapt over Haydn onto the bed. "Night," she said simply. the wolf grunted in response and rolled over, bunchig up the blanket under his head to keep between him ad the floor. He peeked up at teh window once before afllig asleep. The moon hovored in the corner, full and porceline white. ~~~ Opeing his eyes, the wolf felt as if he had only bliked. sunlightspilled over the window sill all over the floor and him. He sat up in a hurry, thinkig he'd slept in terrably late. Scanning teh room wide eyed, he saw Heather standing infront of the full mirror on teh wall behind him, pulling her collar straight and checking it from differet angles. He shrugged back into the pile of blankets on teh floor and shook his head, asking. "What times it it, do you know?" "Nearly eight.. not too late really.."

Keel-Raniur was already up, dressed and ready to leave. She leaned out of the open window and looked at the bright, clear sky. It would be a beautiful day today. Perfect for a little shopping. She thought, smiling.
A loud noise interrupted her trail of thoughts and she turned to see Sek-Raktaa, still in bed and still asleep. On top of that, the male monitor lizard was also snoring rather soundly. Keel-Raniur sighed heavily. How she managed to sleep through the night with noisemaker besides her was beyond her.
"Come on, Sssek. It'sss time to get up." She said, gently shaking the sleeping monitor. The male monitor however simply cleared his throat and continued snoring. "Sssek, wake up." Keel-Raniur repeated, shaking him a little more vigorous now. Sek-Raktaa however merely turned around and showed the female monitor his back.
"That'sss one hardcore sssleeper." She muttered under her breath.

Stripetail awoke and climbed out of bed. He strecthed and arched his back, then picked up up his staff from where he had set it against the wall. Keel had been right , that had been the best sleep he had had in well, ages. "Looks to be a nice day, so I can get some thjings done. Like gather supplies."

After a few miutes, both Heather ad Haydn stood in the hall, between Stripetail and the monitors' rooms. The wolf leaned o the wall and Heather sat cross-legged beside him. The two talked quietly for a while, but gefore long the fisher stood up and gave each door a small, sing-song knock. She sat again beside the wolf as they chatted and waited for their companions.

Keel-Raniur opened the door and regarded both Haydn and Heather with a tired looking face. "Morning." She said, shortly followed by a heavy sigh. "Would you mind, asssisssting me in waking a cccertain hardcore sssleeper?"

Haydn nodded at Stripetail's words, "maybe just Sek," he laughed.
Heather's face lit up at Keel's request. ".. I'll wake him up." She slinked past keel and took a few bouding steps before launchig herself at the bed.
Haydn cringed and tured away.
"Sek!" The fisher landed on teh bed strattling him.

"No, none at all." She sighed. "It'sss jussst not easssy to wake Sssek up."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The monitor lizard's eyes snapped open, blinked once and then he started to trash around. "Help! Ambusssh! Attackersss!" He screamed, trashing around until he fell out of bed to land head first on the floor. He moaned, looked at his companions groggily and said in a tired and exhausted voice "good morning."

Heather jumped on the bed a few times then sat, still bouncing. "Morning, Sek." peering over the side of the bed at him, she smiled, waved, the left as if nothing had happened.
Haydn looked down at teh top of her head warily as she walked by and sat, again at his side. "Morning, Stripetail," she said casually. "Did you sleep well?"

Sek-Raktaa merely grunted a reply, while Keel-Raniur found it hard to contain her laugher.

Like I haven't slept in ages. I feel very energetic..." Stripetail replied to her. "Now that we are all up, we need to head out and gather supploies, we've got a lot of work to do..'

Heather gave an energetic salute and started down the stairs, taking them two at a time. at the bottom she spun on the newel post and banged into a tall, slender vixen. As Heather shook herself and stood, the fox drew herself up and snapped. "Get out of here you gitty sot!" Her tight dress looked like it might simply pop open at any moment as she swelled with anger.
