As you know I havn't been rping for quite some time in the depth that I used to, well for about a month now my grandfather has had 4th stage cancer and has been in the hospital, he was then moved to a small nursing home and just today around 7:00 he passed away, so it might be awhile before I can rp like I used to.

I'm sorry to here that. No need to worry about Roleplaying. Real life issues always come first. We will still be here when you are ready to get back in the thick of things.

I'm very sorry to hear that, King. I've got a few loved ones on the roof as well, so I've got an idea of where you're coming from. We'll keep the RPs open, don't worry a bit about that.

My smpathies to you as well King. I lost two family members in October. One to brain cancer, the other to complications from harnia surgery. They died 2 weeks apart, and both were young. my uncle had just reached 49 when he passed, and my aunt was 46.. Needless to say I've had a bad fall...

I don't know what's worse, honestly.. My older sister has SLE and has been on chemo for months and steriods for years. It's hard when you know it's going to be downhill no matter what.

Systemic lupus erythematosus, it's a particular kind of lupus. It's an auto-amune desiese that attacks healthy tissue. She was in the hospital for christmas last year because it was attacking her kydnies and red blood cells.

Oi. Let's revive this thread for a sec. My kendo instructor just told us he's got cancer. Yeah.. just sort of sucks. So another senior student and I have to teach now.
Ok. I just hope we're done with all the bad news and we don't ever need this thread again.

Aye, I know. I usually laugh at it, but complaining about it helps from time to time as well. ^^
