According to Mossy Reedbank from Terrouge Redwall #17 is called Racetetan. She said she heard it from Brian Jacqes at a book signing.

Well Rakkety Tam is #17. I have the rest of them and am waiting for Rakkety Tam to come out in paperback, which is cheaper than hardback. Lord Stripetail
