Xylon was not one to obey the laws of honor vs. intelligence. Hesitation vs. determination. Fairness vs. survival. Before the mace lost momentum, the wolf gripped the chain, whippping it back at the weasel with great force.

Wayra even thoguh he was uncouncious again heard metal clang and a mace and chain whirr. he felt the cool breeze as the mace flew across his face giving him relif for a few seconds. Then it was quiet he could vaugley sensed something very close to his ear, he forced himself to open his eyes and saw the dull dagger still slightly wiggling back and forth in the ground.

(Sorry, I have a good excuse. i swear..)
As all this was going on, the tiny hogbabe apeared beside Wayra. He poked his little paws out of the nearby bush and began sawing away his bonds.
Slipner strained to yank his blade free of the earth, but it was the end of him. The wolf's mace cracked across the weasel's nack, and shoulders. He gave a choking cry, but fell upon Wayra limply. Dark blood trickling from his mouth and ear. "Slippy!" The large fox roared, without a second thought he ran for Xylon, his small sword brandished.

Xylon was not in the mood to turn and run. Giving a roar, he cast aside the mace and came upon the fox, claws out and teeth bared.

The large fox clashed with him without a thought. His large, blunt claws raking the wolf's neck and chest as he snapped at Xylon's throat. The fox's teeth were yellowed, one fang broken long ago.

The enraged wolf did not care about the tears on his body, only his enemy, whom he was trying to strangle.

(sorry >.< No internet for a bit there....)
Wayra felt the dead clump that was Slipner on him. He also felt the ropes on his paws and footpaws being released he opened an eye and saw Jinn unwraping them. "Thanks, Jinn." He managed to say. When he was untied he followed Jinn into the bushes and rested his head on a tree.

Xylon looked at the retreating squirrel, snarling. "Coward."

Wayra's condition at the moment made him shout back as he heard the remark. "I Have a Dibbun to watch! If you don't like it i'll remeber to boil you're head too!" He was still resting his head on the tree and opened one eye to watch the battle the Wolf seemed to be winning. I hope he does for at least Jinn's sake he thought as he continued watching. He turned to Jinn and said "Go and hide in the tree again in case the wolf dosen't win, okay?" He asked.

Xylon fought doggedly onward for the babe's sake, but retorted to the squirrel. "Yes, just run away and hide while I save your life. Good plan!"
