flying down the mountain-side, his pelt flowing with the breeze 'hind him, paws tossing up stones and as such as they tumbled and chased, daring him to go faster, the wind brought his orbs a swell, he had to go on faithful as you are to me, conquer your fears and set them free! a voice cried inside his head, the voice of Kandrakar, suddenly, the brute caught speed, like a flash, swift as an eagle, he would do it for his master.

He paused, looking up at the eagle "I never thought I'd see the day" he murmured then called to him "You are by far as swift as the wind it's self, I have a favour to ask of you"

"A Favor? very well, as long as it is in my power to do, I will do it for you.." Tarraus replied. "what do you want?'

"come lower down, and I shall tell you, I struggle to strain my neck so far" a smile played on his maw, not a smirk, a smile, and not a teasing smile either, if I were a smile expert, which I'm not I'm sorrry to say- there was a hint of excitement in his eyes at this point, and he was shifting his position now and then, he was excited, and no expert was required to know that much.

Watching the eagle and wolf(?), Lehnrak sat in a pine tree eating fish. The pine marten saw no enemies, or that he had been noticed, so he decided to listen.

he sat down then rose again, turned in a neat circle, paused and turned his maw upwards towards the eagle impatiently.

Tarraus flew down closer stopping on Branch above the wolf. "Very well, I am within hearing range. What do you want me to do for you?"

he paused before speaking "Kandrakar will arrive, at red wall within days, I suugest some sort of preperaions should be made for his arrival" (kandrakar is kind of an emporer/god, whatever...)

Redwall?'Tarraus blinked. "That Abbey is many leagues away from here across the Sea. These are the lands of Aestorica, my good sir. " Suddenly it hit him. "I see... you want me to fly across the Sea to Redwall to tell them." (Is Kandrakar good or evil?)

He shook his head "across the sea? I ewasn't given a name, lord, only a map of this land, I crossed the sea myself, though some young porpoises directed me to red wall"

'I'm Confused" Tarraus said. 'Perhaps if you could tell me some details, I'd be able to understand better."

he looked irritated then spoke again "Kandrakar is coming here" he spoke slowly and patronising "you and your minions are to prepare for his arrival, he is not one for parties so beware, nor does he like..." he paused, scanning the forest "shabby little run down places, I'm suprised myself that he wants to come here, but he wants to speak to Deren and..." he pulled a piece of paper out of his cloak pocket and read out the name "Stripetail" he scrunched the paper up and shoved it back in his pocket "there is no telling how long he will stay, for apparently the traitor is hard to catch"

You are refering to Deren, arent you? Tarraus replied. "He's a servant of Stripetail's although one has doubts about his feality. I don't know if Lord Stripetail trusts him very much to be honest. "
