No madam" The weasel gulped. "One lifetime is enough for me... whether I die in battle or in my bed. Magic is.. unnatural..' He said, trying to not sound ridiculous.. and failing..

"Don't worry, one is all I need you for." In that moment her hand flashed out of her cloak with a curved dagger, she slid it across the weasle's throat in an instant. Blood gushed from the open wound."Don't worry, you shall keep me alive for just a while longer."
Restripe rushed the creature pulling out the second axe, and cut both of them deep into the creatures left leg, slicing it cleanly off. He grimaced slightly as blood sprayed him but that did not stop him, he slammed the axes into the creature's gut and puled horizontally. He grimaced slighety, now realizing a gash on his right shoulder, a deep cut through armor and flesh.

(I forgot to add into my last post: The Daedroth is a powerful creature. Intended to be a tough opponent, so please no one-hit-kills posts. I don't mind you defeating it, but you'll have to put some more effort to it.)

as the the weael slumped the ground a strange ring on his claws glowed and the wound was healed. The weasel gasped as life returned to him, and he felt his throat where shroum had slit it. "You Parasite! 'He fumed. "So that's how you've stayed alive foir nearly 400 seasons, by feeding off the blood of other creatures!" He looked down at the glowing ring. "what is this?" he said, more to himself than Shoum "I thought this was merely a trinket that wandering otter was selling... I thought it was just junk..." He looked at Shoum , who was looking at the ring with her eyeless sockets.

(Stripetail, I'm sorry to tell you that, but you cannot keep every character you decide to roleplay alive. If you have further plans for a this very character, it's alright, but sometimes you just have to sacrifice one nameless, minor character in order to keep the spirit up. If everyone would pick as many random characters as he/she wants and keep them all alive and not to kill anyone, the RP becomes boring.
"Killing a dozen vermin" is nice and all, but sometimes you also have to write something like "Kenny's eyes widened in shock and disbelief. He grasped his throat in a vain attempt to hold the blood in, gurgling senseless words as his life slowly left him." or something like that to keep the story up. It's just part of the game.
From my POV, it would be way better if the weasel dies and Shoum feasts on his blood in front of Scarback, which, of course, results in Scarback gaining more respect from her. Or something like it.)

(Alright . Ignore my last post then) The vermin slumped to the ground as Scarback came up to Shoum. "Feeding on him, eh, Seer? If that's what it takes to keep your strength up.. so be it. I;ll give you any number of vermin you want"He said with an evil smile. (better?)

(Dude Sek-Raktaa, he might have kept him alive for sake of story, like the ring might have made it interesting I read the post and already had like twelve ideas. But yeah. And the redstripe thing, Badgers in bloodwrath tend to kill things faster than usual.)

(Yes, I know. I'm just saying that one hit = instant kill would be somewhat unbalancing, considering the fact to face a foe who is both, tough and powerful. I'm just asking you to take 4-5-6 hits to kill him and get a couple of scratches/bruises doing so, instead of finishing the fight after 1-2 hits. I think that's just... lame.)

(Dude, I made it so I came away with more than a couple of bruises and scratches, Redstripe has a serious wound that prevents him from using that arm in combat...you know what, your just one of them people that are not worth arguing with, and I could care less what you think is lame, and to point it out, never said it was dead, because that would be godmodding, creatures of "strong" power can take many death bringing wounds. An thats my final say to it. If its alright with Stripetail, I'd like him to keep the weasle alive with the ring, it makes for some interesting things. I will post after Stripetail does.)

Guys stop fighting please. I'll keep the weasel alive, because Shoum will have need of him, a blood donor if you will. Maybe that is godmodding a little, but we're trying to keep things interesting. As for the the battle between the Deadroth and Redstripe, compromise. Redstripe is hurt, but the deadroth is still alive and it will take Redstripe using his good arm to finish him off. I don't like to see arguing, you both are essential to this rp, and you both bring up many good ideas that I can play off of. Now Back to the story)

(Okay, then I have to apologize. Your latest post appeared to make it look like Redstripe killed the Daedroth with two hits and a wound of sorts at his arm. It is now obvious to me, that I missunderstood it and for that I'm sorry.)

(Apology accepted. Well, I guess the both of us made mistakes, and the both of us feel sorry for that. Let's forget about that and continue the RP, okay?)

Sounds good to me.) The Weasel collaspsed to the ground, and a ring on his claw rolled off and glowed healing the wound. Scarback looked at Shoum who was also looking at the ring. "He's all yours. Do as you like with him" Scarback said coldly, turning and leaving. "I'll go get a new guard. I can always get more..."

Shoum grabbed the ring and grinned,"This is all I need." She turned and started toward her tent but stopped turning back,"If you need me, don't." She turned and headed toward her tent laughing.
Redstripe looked at the creature before him, even having its guts cut out of it didn't stop it. He tried to raise his arm but couldn't, the bone was broken."I can still fight with one arm." He hefted his mithril axe, the iron one on the ground and rushed the creature once more.
